Online endurance sports coaching

Goal oriented coaching for all levels and ambitions, whether it’s about completing your first 10k fun-run, running a PB-Marathon or doing a 100-mile ultra race, whether it’s about signing up for your first Olympic Distance Triathlon, qualifying for the Ironman World Championships or competing in one of the toughest triathlons there are, like the Norseman, or whether it’s about completing a stage race on bike, doing your first Century ride or aiming to win a TT-race I’ll set you up with a training plan according to your needs.

 

I’m offering three levels of coaching; the basic level, the gold level and the platinum level. All levels cater for all ambitions – from ‘finish your first’ to ‘qualifying to Kona’.

The base for the training plans is the online software Training Peaks, and the training plans are regularly updated and fitted to changed schedules, and follow-up/feedback is done on a regular basis through a various of optional platform depending on your preference: e-mail, WhatsApp, Skype, etc, etc.

Basic level:

The basic level that is offered is generic training plans via Training Peaks, see “Training plans at training peaks“.

A training Peaks account is necessary to purchase these plans from the training peaks platform. Prices for the plans varies depending on sport, length of plan and other factors.

Gold level:

The gold level coaching is a top tier training approach. All training is analysed and the plan is continuously built from progress made up to the current point. training plans can be altered along the way, if wished for (new goals, new races, family events, etc..) and feed back is given on a regular (monthly basis). The basic training peaks account that comes with this plan (coach paid) gives access to a training peaks mobile app, daily reminder e-mails, a web version of the plan and a possibility to view workouts that is planned, but also the history of workouts done. It’s possible to see and follow progress, form and training hours.

Plans are available for a wide range of sports including triathlon, duathlon, swim run, but also running, biking, and others.

Platinum level:

The platinum level coaching is the premium coaching that is offered. Compared to Gold level, analyse and feedback is done more frequent. More coach contact is offered and more training peaks features are included.

As with the gold level all training is analysed and the plan is continuously built from progress made up to the current point. training plans can be altered along the way, if wished for (new goals, new races, family events, etc..) and feed back is given on a regular (weekly basis). The premium training peaks account that comes with this plan (coach paid) gives deeper access to what training peaks has to offer: mobile app, daily reminder e-mails, a web version of the plan and a possibility to view workouts that is planned, but also the history of workouts done. It’s possible to see and follow progress, form and training hours. With premium a number of features are unlocked; the athlete can shift workouts and work with the plan him/her-self.
